I came across source one beauty while looking for a treatment chair for my pmu business. I had specific things I needed my chair to do (lift, tilt, spin, recline etc) and it was a daunting task to find one with all the functions I needed and an esthetic that was pleasing all in one. Their sales department was so helpful and financing was a breeze. Shipping was a bit of a stupor but that was not source one's fault, but the relay shipper who didn't follow instructions. One of the caps for the bottom had been broke during shipping, they immediately sent a replacement, when replacing this component, I noticed one of the feet on my chair had been bent during shipping. ( only reason I noticed is I removed the cover to replace the broken one). It was past the 30 day mark at this point but, they sent me something for my chair as compensation which I am totally fine with. Overall, the chair works amazing customer service is top notch. Highly recommended!!!
